Jack Wells - Jack Wells was born in Volney, VA and now resides in Wytheville, VA. The Smyth County Jam is glad to welcome Jack to our Monday night get-together. Jack says he has been playing about forty-eight years. He plays guitar, mandolin, bass and sings. Jack's father played and taught Jack about everything he knows in music.. He has three children; a son plays sings and plays guitar. Jack says he is an admirer of Doyle Lawson.
