Jimmy Surber - Jim comes to the Smyth County Jam from Saltville, VA. He plays guitar and has an excellent singing voice. He says he has played for about five years. One would have thought he has been playing music much longer. Jim's mother's family has had several talented musicians in it. He is the father of one child, but comes from a family of seventeen brothers and sisters. Jim is currently employed at General Dynamics.
