Barney Stiltner - The Smyth County Jam welcomes Barney Stiltner to our venue. Barney comes from Buchanan County, VA. He plays guitar, steel guitar, banjo and bass as well as being a very capable singer. He has a TV show which comes from Bishop, Virginia through Dash Media. Barney has twenty-two years in law enforcement at this time. He has one daughter who is fifteen. Larry Sparks is a musician whom he admires.
