Patrick Robertson - Patrick Robertson's first visit to the Smyth County Jam was March 2, 2015. We welcome him! He was born in Giles County, and now lives in the town of Pulaski, Virginia. Patrick says he plays guitar, bass and mandolin, and sings too. Most the relatives from his father's side played music. Patrick is in a band currently called "Michelle Nixon and Drive". He has four children, two grown and away and two at home. He says that he has been playing about 37 years or 'awhile' as Patrick puts it! He leared to play by watching his family. His favorite musical group is Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver. A favorite tune is "Arkansas". He found out about the Smyth County Jam through mutual friends. Patrick says he likes the jam, as well as the 'good' people here. He makes his living playing music; for the most part. The Smyth County Jam hopes that Patrick will come again soon.
