Smyth County Jam Bios

Corey Pittman

Corey Pittman - The Smyth County Jam is happy to welcome Corey Pittman from Avery County, NC. Corey is a paramedic, as well as a fine musician. Corey is a member of a gospel bluegrass band called "Pure Heart", who travel all over the eastern coast of the USA. His dad plays guitar, piano, and fiddle. Corey himself plays a very good guitar and fiddle, and as he puts it a little mandolin. Tony Rice and Stewart Duncan are musicians he likes to listen to. We encourage Corey to come back to the jam at any time he is able; he is surely an asset to any musical gathering.
