Dale Mills - Dale Mills plays an excellent bluegrass banjo and says he plays a “little” guitar. The Smyth County Jam is glad to see Dale here on our stage. Dale plays in a band called "Dry Run Bluegrass". He makes his home in Mooresville, North Carolina. Dale is in the construction-re-modeling profession. He says his dad played guitar, and his grandpa played a little on the banjo. His only child, Melody, is twenty-one years old. Dale says that some of his favorite musicians are The Country Gentlemen, and the Seldom Scene. Two of his favorite songs are Precious Memories and Farther Along.
