Guy Dalton - The Smyth County Jam says welcome to Guy Dalton, who hails from Austinville, Virginia. Guy sings, plays banjo, guitar, bass and a “little” dobro. He was a truck driver for a number of years. Currently he is disabled. He has two children, both of whom live away from home. He says his mother played guitar, claw hammer banjo and harmonica. Guy is the only one out of his family of six who plays music. He says he likes to hear Dolye Lawson and Larry Sparks play.
