MARION, VIRGINIA: HAZEL FIELDS CLARK, age 83, widow of Colonel “C.B.” Clark, Jr., died Friday, June 27, 2014 at her home in Marion, Virginia. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, Jerry and Ronnie Clark. Hazel is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara Ann and Larry Clark of Blountville, Tennessee, Mary Jane and James Ratcliff of Marion, Virginia and Connie and James Huey of Fayetteville, North Carolina; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Bob Clark of Marion, Virginia, Billy Joe and Pam Clark of Richmond, Virginia and James Clark of Pensacola, Florida; one brother, Floyd Fields of Abingdon, Virginia; twelve grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Reverend Mike Sage officiating. Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family at www.seaverbrown.com.
